Equipment Technical Advantages  





The wave crest spacing between 190mm and 210mm is infinitely adjustable, and the precision can reach ±1mm. The upper and lower string bars are 12mm threaded steel, which has reached the highest level in the industry;

Equipment Configuration Introduction





The equipment consists of five pay-off racks, storage racks, host, welding racks, shearing racks, conveying and packing racks, and operating tables.



Traction power: the main power adopts 16KW servo motor, which has strong power and good stability; the wave-rib adjustment device adopts servo-driven, CNC automatic adjustment to ensure the accuracy of the equipment;
